Is it comfortable? Certainly not.

Contact between people often results in different opinions and personalities. Here it is important to analyze, develop and implement in an empathetic and people-centric but goal-oriented manner – without taking people by surprise or manipulating them.

There have often been challenges in my career – whether as a woman in a management position or as someone who courageously tackles change. People have always been the focus for me. When people learn to separate the matter from the person, joint solutions become possible. This insight, which teaches me how to inspire, lead and change, has accompanied me in numerous coaching and seminar situations and shapes my work philosophy today.
